All my products are printed and fulfilled on demand through my trusted partner, Gelato. This means each order is created especially for you, helping reduce overproduction and waste.

Most orders are processed and printed within 2–5 business days. During holidays or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. After that, my product will be shipped to your address.

Shipping times depend on your location and the nearest production facility. Gelato sends orders from the closest print partner to reduce delivery time, costs, and carbon footprint.

Typical delivery estimates:

US & Canada: 3–7 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Please note: these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Make sure to double check your address, since I am not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete provided shipping addresses.

Because everything is made to order, I can’t accept returns for change of mind or wrong size ordered.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not quite right, I’ve got you.
In this case, please send me an email within 7 days including:

• A short description of the issue
• A photo of the problem
